Returns & Refunds ♡
We’re here to make your Tower 19 experience seamless. If you need to make a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, hair must be completely unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Hair that has been worn, installed, washed, brushed, cut, colored, or otherwise altered cannot be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
